NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING FORSYTH COUNTY ALCOHOL ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the Forsyth County Alcohol Ordinance (Ordinance 68, County Code Section 6-131) that would authorize "cigar shops" to receive an alcohol license for on-premises consumption sales of distilled spirits. The public hearing will be held in the Commissioners' Meeting Room, Suite 220 of the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners Building at 110 East Main Street, Cumming, Georgia 30040.
