NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISSOLVE A NONPROFIT Notice is hereby given that **The Kendall Keepsake Foundation**, a Georgia nonprofit corporation recognized as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, has adopted a Plan of Dissolution and authorized the voluntary dissolution of the corporation, effective immediately as of July 1, 2026. A Notice of Intent to Dissolve, together with the Plan of Dissolution, will be delivered to the Georgia Secretary of State and the Office of the Georgia Attorney General in accordance with applicable provisions of the Georgia Nonprofit Corporation Code.
