Public Hearing The agent has made application on behalf of the property owner, to the proper authorities, to rezone 33.65 acres, more or less, from Office Commercial Multi-Story (OCMS) to Moderate Family Residential (R-2), to construct a single-family, age-restricted residential subdivision. The subject property is parts of PIN's C38-013 and C38-140 and is located between Market Place Boulevard and Sanders Road, southeast of their intersection with Mary Alice Park Road. The public hearing before the Cumming City Council will be held on July 21, 2026, at 6:00 PM, in the third floor Council Chambers at City Hall, 100 Main Street, Cumming, Georgia 30040.
