SS48-4-45 and 48-4-46, the right to redeem the following described property, previously owned by tax fi. fa. defendants Renfork Development, LLC and Grant Talbot, to wit: All and only that parcel of land designated as Tax Parcel 007 163, in Land Lots 722 & 723 of the 3rd District, 1st Section, Forsyth County, Georgia, being Lot 102, Phase 5, Glenbrook (aka Glenbrooke) Subdivision, shown in Plat Book 61, Page 149, the description contained therein being incorporated herein by this reference, described in Deed Book 5963, Page 746, known as 6830 Wells Court, TPID: 007 163. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after July 13, 2026. The tax deeds to which this notice relates are dated May 3, 2011 and April 1, 2014 and are recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Forsyth County, Georgia, in Deed Book 5963, Page 746 and Deed Book 7011, Page 555. The property may be redeemed at any time before the date stated above by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to Douglas McKillip, attorney for AJS Auctions, LLC, 22 N Main St., Bldg B, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
