The successful Proposer will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% of the Contract value, in accordance with Georgia law. Failure to execute the contract or provide required bonds within ten (10) calendar days of notification of award may result in forfeiture of the Proposal Security as liquidated damages. Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days following the date of the proposal opening. All proposals must be submitted electronically via Euna Solutions. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
