Paik to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as grantee, as nominee for MBNA America (Delaware), N.A., its successors and assigns dated July 26, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 3909, Page 197, Forsyth County, Georgia Records, and as modified by that certain Loan Modification Agreement recorded in Deed Book 9403, Page 595, Forsyth County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc.
